- Make an exchange.
- Return an order for a refund. ONLY IF THE ITEM IS NOT PURCHASE WITH A PROMO CODE.
Returning Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
1. Your request is made within 14 days after receiving the order.
2. The item is in its original condition and has not been washed. All labels attached.
3. The item was never worn - except for the fitting.
If you are not sure whether your shirt is suitable for an exchange, if the 14-day period has been exceeded or if it is a reduced-price item, simply contact us at bonjour@kalocollection.fr
Please note:
Kalocollection reserves the right to refuse a return if an article does not meet the above conditions.
If the returned article has been washed, stained (make-up, deodorant stains, sweat marks, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return of this article.
Please understand that we cannot accept these items as we will not be able to put them back on sale.
